About Dr. Michael Heitholt
While playing multiple sports growing up in Carmel, IN, Dr. Heitholt experienced a lot of injuries. None more devastating than the stress fractures in his low back that eventually led him to quit playing soccer while attempting to walk on at Indiana University. After making that decision, he set out to dedicate his career aspirations to helping others prevent and get out of pain.
Dr. Heitholt has worked hard to obtain a skill set that allows him to provide results-based care that is different from what you will find elsewhere. He is the only provider in the state of Indiana that specializes in treating fascia, recently becoming an instructor in the Fascial Distortion Model after years of specialization. His passion for this profession comes from providing excellent care that delivers personalized, efficient, and lasting results for each patient so that they can return to the activities and lifestyle they enjoy most.

One of Dr. Heitholt’s passions is to teach. After years of specialization and working to perfect his craft, he fulfilled a huge goal and earned the opportunity to become an instructor in FDM. This has given him the honor to teach this cutting edge treatment model to chiropractors, physical therapists, and athletic trainers as well as work with medical staffs of various professional sports organizations.
